摘要
60Si2Mn钢经传统工艺淬火回火后 ,耐磨性较差。通过对其进行机械性能试验表明 ,该钢经870°C奥氏体化后 ,淬入250°C硝盐浴内 ,保温20min效果最佳。
The 60Si2Mn steel is of poor wear_resistance after the traditional technological processes of quenching and annealing. The mechanical performance test shows that after being austenite at 870℃, and then quenching in nitrate liquid of 250℃ which lasts for 20 minutes, the 60Si2Mn steel can get best result of its performance.
