摘要
目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定妇康洗液中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS C_(18)柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.02 mol·L^(-1)磷酸二氢钾溶液(68:32);流速为0.8 mL·min^(-1);检测波长265nm,柱温:室温。结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.4~2μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999。方法回收率为98.50%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确,可作为妇康洗液的主要质控指标之一。
Objective: To establish a RP - HPLC method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in Fu-kang cleaning solution. Methods: Using Hypersil BDS column (4. 6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) ; mobile phase; acetonitrile - 0. 02 mol · L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate ( 68 : 32 ) ; flow rate: 0. 8 mL · min-1; detective wavelength; 265 nm. Results: The linear range of the determination is 0. 4 - 2 μg, the average recovery was 98. 50%. Conclusion: This method is reliable and accurate.
