用PALS法研究N-烷基化壳聚糖膜的自由体积及水的影响

摘要 用正电子湮灭寿命谱 (PALS)法 ,研究了 N-烷基化壳聚糖膜的自由体积。实验表明 :在干燥状态下 ,N-烷基化壳聚膜的自由体积随 N-烷基化的基团增大而增大。而在含水状态下 ,各种 N-烷基化壳聚糖的自由体积均减小 。 By the positron annihilation life spectrum (PALS) technique, the free volumes of chitosan and its N alkyl derivatives membranes were measured. The experimental results indicate that in dry state the free volumes of chitosan and its derivatives membranes increase with the size of N alkyl group enlarging; and in wet state the situation between chitosan and its derivatives is opposite, the latter decrease with increasing of water content. This difference results from their different hydrophobicity and bound water content. The conclusion consists with the experimental results of DSC measurement.
