摘要
目的 :研究比较桑黄、灵芝、阿加里斯茸、PL-2 .PL-5 (Me Sima)的抗癌活性。方法 :以小鼠移植性胃癌和 S1 80 肿瘤模型观察桑黄、灵芝、阿加里斯茸、PL-2 .PL-5的抗肿瘤作用。结果 :桑黄、灵芝、阿加里斯茸、PL-2 .PL-5对小鼠胃癌的抑制率分别为 43 .0 9%、3 8.99%、3 1 .0 1 %和 3 5 .70 % ;对S1 80 肉瘤的抑制率分别为 46.0 7%、3 7.2 2 %、2 7.99%和 1 0 .43 %。结论 :桑黄在
Objective: To compare the antitumor activity of Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum, Agaricus blazei murrill and PL 2. PL 5, respectively. Methods: The antitumor activity of these drugs was examined in mice borne MFC and S 180 tumor, respectively, as two animal model. Results: The inhibition rate of Phellinus linteus, Ganoderma lucidum,Agaricus blazei Murrill and PL 2. PL 5 on MFC were 43 09%, 38 99%, 31 01% and 35 70%, respectively. Inhibitory rate of the drage on S 180 tumor were 46 07%, 37 22%, 27 99% and 10 43%, respectively. Conclusion: Phellinus linteus shows the best anti tumor activity among four antitumour drugs tested.
