摘要
从设计、选材、制造和装配等方面探讨提高轴承寿命的有效措施 ,同时为轴承的使用创造良好的工况条件 ,如轧机出钢侧牌方的平面度、轴承箱的壁厚差、轧辊的挠度、润滑、冷却与密封等 ,以满足轴承对工况条件的基本要求。附表 3个。
The effective countermeasures to increase bearing life has been discussed from the aspects of design, material selection, manufacture and assemble etc. Meanwhile good operating conditions is created with appropriate thickness difference of bearing house,roller flexibility, lubrication, cooling and sealing.
