摘要
膜过滤技术是一种高效、低能耗和易操作的液体分离技术 ,在废水处理中有着广阔的应用前景。在介绍膜过滤技术性质、分类的基础上 ,对膜过滤技术在含油废水、生活废水、造纸废水、有色废水、化工合成废水、重金属离子废水及其他废水处理中的应用研究和进展状况进行了综述。讨论了膜过滤技术的研究方向和发展前景。认为减轻膜污染、研究开发廉价过滤膜和膜组件是膜过滤技术在处理废水中应重点解决的问题。在实际应用中 ,将膜过滤技术与其他分离技术和废水处理技术相结合 ,充分发挥各自优势和协同效应 ,以得到最佳处理效果和最佳经济效益。
Membrane filtration technique is a kind of highly efficient, low energy consumption and easy operation liquid separation technique, which is promising in wastewater treatment. Based on the introduction of properties and classification of filtration membrane, the application and its progress in wastewater treatment are described,including its application to the treatment of oil bearing wastewater, domestic wastewater, paper industry wastewater, color wastewater, dye wastewater, chemical synthesis wastewater, heavy metal ion wastewater, etc . The direction of membrane filtration technique development in the future is also discussed. Reducing membrane pollution and developing cheap membrane and modules are important in wastewater treatment by membrane filtration technique. Combining membrane filtration technique with other wastewater treatment technique in practical application will exert advantages of each method and their coordination effects, obtaining best treatment effects and optimal economical benefit.
