应用酶联免疫法测定初乳中乳铁蛋白的含量。检测的线性范围为３．１～２００ ｎｇ／ｍｌ，最小检测限为１．５ ｎｇ／ｍｌ，回收率在９１．８２％～１１５．５６ ％之间，变异系数在６．２０％～９．１８ ％之间。
Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA) were developed for lactoferrin determination of bovine colostrum. The detectable concentration was linear from 3.1 nｇ /mL to 200 nｇ/mL. Minimal detectable concentration was 1.5 ng /ml. The recovery rate was 91.82％～115.56％.
