摘要
将反式-1,4-聚异戊二烯(TPI)与顺丁橡胶(BR)和天然橡胶(NR)并用作轮胎胎侧胶,采用混料回归设计法设计试验,并回归处理试验数据,优选最佳配方。结果表明,通过回归分析得到的各性能指标的回归方程具有较高的显著性。选择出最佳配方为TPI/BR/NR(质量比)为20.2/20.0/59.8。
Trans-1, 4-polyisoprene was blended with NR and BR for using as sidewall rubber in tire. The method of mixture regression design was adopted to design the experiment. The regression analysis was used to deal with experimental data and the recipe was optimized. The experimental results showed that the regression equations that reflect the relationship between the properties and rubber could be obtained. At the same time the optimum recipe was obtained. The optimum blending mass ratio of TPI/BR/NR was 20.2/20.0/59.8.
