摘要
气相沉积技术是一种工模具表面强化的新技术。叙述了气相沉积技术在钢基上沉积硬质涂层的特性 ,并就其在模具上的适用性进行了评价和分析 ,提出了注意事项 。
The vapor deposition technology is a new technique used to strengthen the surface of dies.In this paper,the characteristics of the hard coating depositing on the steel surface is described,and the suitability of the technique to dies is assessed and analyzed.Also,the points for attention are presented,whereby opening up vast vistas for the application of the vapor deposition technique to the dies.
