摘要
在NO_3^-N及NH_4^-各一半组成的7个施N水平下,用黄壤进行盆栽,研究了对烤烟叶内N、P、K、Ca、Mg的含量及总灰分积累的影响.由施N水平对叶全N含量所拟合的曲线,其拟合度高,因此叶含N量可作为N素营养诊断的指标之一.施N水平与K、Ca、Mg的含量呈正关相,与P的含量呈负相关.通径分析的结果表明,施N水平对K、Ca、Mg起直接促进作用,对P的含量却是负效应;施N水平及K、Ca、Mg含量对总灰分的积累均直接或间接地起到积极作用,尤以施N水平及K的含量作用为最大.
An investigation in the effects of NO3-N and NH4-N nutrients of N, P, K. Ca and Mg and the accumulation of total ash in the flue-cured tobacco leaves Nicotine tabacum L. was made in Pot. Seven levels of N nutrition were supplied as o (check) , 2.92, 3.75, 4.58, 5.41, 6.24,and 7.07 g N per Pot. The curvilinear regression analysis of levels of supplied N on toral N(%) in leaves showed that the goodness -of-fit between theorical and practical value reached a high degree. Therefore through the determination of total N(%) in leaves the N nutrition status of tobacco plant could be diagnosed. The analysis of multiple regression showed that there was a linear positive relationship between levels of supplied N and content of total P (%) . By path-coefficient analysis, it was found that levels of supplied N had positive effects on contents of K, Ca and Mg and neg-ative effects on that of total P(%). The ratio of K/(Ca + Mg) was basically unchanged though the levels of suppied N would help the plant to absorb K, Ca, Mg. It clearly indicated that the effects (direct or indirect effect) of supplied N and contents of K, Ca, Mg presented an enhancing action on accumulation of total ash in leaves. Among those positive effects of supplied N levels and K contents on accumulation of total ash were significant especially.
