枳壳及辛弗林对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进功能的影响 被引量:88

摘要 目的 :采用改良的酚红含量测定法观察中药枳壳及辛弗林对小鼠胃肠运动功能的影响。方法 :将 NIH小鼠 30只随机分为三组 ,分别给予枳壳水煎剂、辛弗林和蒸馏水 (均为 0 .2 5m L/1 0 g) ,并于 3日后采用改良的酚红含量测定法对小鼠的胃肠运动情况进行观察分析。结果 :枳壳水煎剂和辛弗林对正常小鼠胃排空无影响 ,但能促进正常小鼠小肠推进 ;同时两者皆能拮抗肾上腺素所致的小鼠胃排空、小肠推进抑制 ,但对阿托品所致的小鼠胃排空、小肠推进抑制没有明显影响 ;并且枳壳水煎剂还能微弱加强新斯的明所致的小鼠胃排空、小肠推进亢进 ,辛弗林则对其没影响。结论 :枳壳水煎剂及辛弗林有一定的促胃肠动力作用 。 Objective: It is to observe the effect of Zhiqiao and synephrine on the gastric emptying function (GEF) and the small intestinal propulsive function (SIPF) of the rats with the reformatory content mensuration of PSP. Method: Thirty NIH rats were divided into three groups. The rats were received Zhiqiao, synephrine and distil water randomly (0.25mL/10g). After three days sports function of the rats' gastric and intestinal were observed with the reformatory content mensuration of PSP. Results: Zhiqiao and synephrine had no effect on the rats' GEF, but could promote the rats' SIPF. They could all antagonize the rats' restraint function of GEF and SIPF induced by adrenaline, but had no effect on those induced by atropine. Zhiqiao could strengthen faintly the stimulation function of GEF and SIPF by neostigmine, but synephrine had no effect on these. Conclusion: Zhiqiao and synephrine can promote sports function. The mechanism of action mainly is relates to the cholinaeptor system.
