摘要
随着国民经济的飞速发展,电力系统装机容量随之不断增加,网络结构不断扩大,致使系统出现故障的可能性也日益增加。在互联系统中,机组或线路的故障,往往会导致各种不同严重程度的后果。尤其在实际生产运行中,当发生故障时,由于系统电源容量不够(我国大部分地区和系统的电源装机容量不够),或为保证系统稳定运行等,调度人员需要采取切除负荷的措施。
This paper reports on the application of Out-of-kilter algorithm (OKA) in network flow technique to the problem of optimum load curt curtailment in the real time secure economic dispatch of power system. The OKA network flow model and algorithm, in which the loads can be tripped off in proper order according to the real time information of the contingency and the importance of loads, are proposed, so that the power supply of important toads will not be cimited. The proposed model and its algorithm' are tested on an IEEE 30-bus system. The encouraging results are obtained.
