摘要
针对冰区平台疲劳危险性评价的需要,提出了建立以初级评估、详细评估和可靠性评估这三级评估方法为核心的冰区平台疲劳分析与评估体系的设想,并重点介绍了初级评估(冰区平台疲劳强度校核的简化方法、单一冰厚法、静力法)、详细评估(时间域法和谱分析法)和可靠性评估的应用流程,还给出了详细评估的一个计算实例,供工程设计参考。
A new fatigue analysis and assessment system on offshore structures in ice region is suggested to be applied to fatigue safetv evaluation on offshore platforms subject to ice loadings,which consists of a three-Ievel evaluation method including preliminarv assessment, detail assessment and reliability assessment. The paper presents the detailed application prpcedure of preliminary assessment (the fatigue strength check simplification method for the platforms in ice zone, single ice thickness method and statie loading method), detail assessment (time-domain method and spectrum method) and reliabilitv assessment approach. A numerical example is given to show the application of the detail assessment approach.
