摘要
随着Internet的发展 ,传统的WEB数据库访问技术 (CGI、ISAPI、ADO、JDBC组件等 )在效率和软件维护的方便性方面已经日益显露出越来越大的弊端。因此 ,出现了以CORBA技术为背景的数据库访问中间件。将讨论如何使用CORBA JAVA技术构造数据库访问中间件以及如何使它和其他应用程序组成部分相集成和通信。
With the development of the Internet, the conventional WEB database technologies (including CGI,ISAPI,ADO,JDBC, etc) are becoming more and more restricted in efficiency and software maintenance. As a result, the database access middleware based on CORBA is coming forth. This paper discussed the pertinent knowledge on how to build a database access middleware and how to make it to communicate with other parts of the application.
