摘要
目的 :研究广枣总黄酮 (TFFC)抗自由基、抗氧化的作用。方法 :在O2 ·、·OH及MDA生成体系中分别观察TFFC对O2 ·、·OH及OxyHb和MetHb含量的影响 ;用ADR大白鼠模型及培养的乳鼠心肌细胞 ,观察TFFC对LDH、AST、CK以及培养心肌细胞中LDH及MDA影响。结果 :TFFC能使ADR模型升高的心肌LDH、AST、CK含量降低 ,而心、肝、红细胞中抗氧化酶SOD、GSH Px、CAT上升 ,脂质过氧化物 (MDA)下降 ,并降低ADR损伤的培养心肌细胞中LDH及MDA含量。结论 :TFFC通过抗自由基、抗氧化对氧合血红蛋白及心。
AIM: To study the protective effect of TFFC on peroxidation in rat's cardiac muscle and cultured cardiomyocytes. [WT5”HZ]Methods:[WT5”BZ] In O 2 · ,·OH and MDA productive system, the effect of TFFC on the content of O 2 · ,·OH,Oxy Hb and Met Hb was determined; after TFFC was administered on rats with Adriamycin induced perosidation, activities of LDH、AST、CK in rat's serum and the content of MDA in cardiac muscle, the activity of LDH and content of MDA in cultured suckling rat cardiomyocytes were determined. [WT5”HZ]Results:[WT5”BZ] The content of LDH、AST、CK in the rat's cardiac muscle decreased in TFFC group, when activities of SOD、GSH Px、CAT increased gradually, activities of MDA decreased. The activity of LDH and MDA in culture fluid and in cultured cardiomyocytes decreased too. [WT5”HZ]Conclusion:[WT5”BZ] TFFC can protect heart, liver and haemoglobin by scavenging free radicals and inhibiting lipid peroxidation.
