摘要
本文采用逐步回归分析法对由胭脂红、苋菜红、柠檬黄、亮蓝与苹果绿五种色素构成的所有2组分、3组分混合物进行多变量光度分析,获得了同时定性定量的效果,还进行了实际样品的测定。
A systematic study has been made on the simultaneous qualitativeand quantitative analysis of mixed synthetic food colorants containing maarath,new coccine, tartrazine, brilliant blue and apple green. All their possible binaryand ternary mixtures were analyzed by using the stepwise regression method, andsatisfactory results were obtained.The method also has been applied to thedetermination of food colorants in food.
