摘要
目的 探讨研究一种理想的致颈脊髓慢性压迫的实验模型。方法 采用自制弹性塑料双套管导管经颈前入路埋入犬颈 5椎体上缘正中 ,通过内套管的缓慢推动作用 ,产生对颈脊髓的慢性压迫。结果 术后行为学、影像学、电生理及组织学观察犬颈脊髓损伤符合颈脊髓慢性压迫症病理改变的特点。结论 双套管法致颈脊髓受到慢性压迫是一种简便 ,理想及可靠的实验方法。
Objective To study an experimental model of chronic cervical cord compression myelopathy.Methods Self-made elastic plastic double-catheter was implanted in canine C 5 vertebral body upper and medial by anterior approach.The cord was chronic compressed by slowly propelling the inner catheter.Results Postoperative behavior,radiological examination,electro-physiological examination and histology are coincidence of the character of chronic cord compression myelopathy.Conclusion The method of chronic compressing cervical cord by double-catheter is a simple、ideal and reliable method.
