固体吸附制冷工质对的性能研究 被引量:3

摘要 选用水和乙醇作为吸附质,开发了性能优良的吸附剂NA和NB。在自制的吸附制冷模拟实验装置上,对NA—水和NB—乙醇等吸附工质对的吸附制冷性能进行了研究。结果表明:自制吸附剂NA对水的最大吸附量达到0.7kg/kg以上,吸附剂NB对乙醇的最大吸附量为0.68kg/kg;NA—水和NB—乙醇工质对有着较低的吸附热;NA—水工质对的制冷量可达992kJ/kg,NB—乙醇工质对的制冷量大约为活性碳—甲醇的2.4倍,是一种环境友好型、无公害的工质对。 Water and ethanol were selected as absorbates, absorbent NA and NB with good performance were developed by ourselves. On self - made simulated experimental device for absorption refrigeration, performance for absorption refrigeration of absorption working pairs, such as NA - water and NB - ethanol etc., were studied. The results show that the maximal absorptive capacity of absorbent NA on water reached more than 0.7 kg/kg, the maximal absorptive capacity of absorbent NB on ethanol reached 0.68 kg/kg; the absorption working pairs NA water and NB - ethanol have lower absorption heat; The cooling volume of NA - water can reach 922 kJ/kg, the cooling volume of NB - ethanol is about 2.4 times that of activated carbon - ethanol, and it is an environment friendly and no public hazard working pairs.
