摘要
基于洪水风险和脆弱性的概念 ,介绍了有关国家城市防洪规划的实例 ,强调了洪水灾害中风险和脆弱性对城市规划的影响。
Based on the conception of flood risk and vulnerability, this paper some cases of urban flood control planning at home and abroad are introduced and the impacts of flood risk and vulnerability to urban flood control planning are emphasized. Some issues to which we should pay much attention in working out urban flood control planning.
