The Profile Determination of Conical Cam with a Translating Follower Based on the Theory of Envelopes

摘要 本文应用单参数曲面族包络面理论分析和研究了直动从动件圆锥凸轮机构 ,导出了圆锥凸轮廓面的准确数学表达式 . It is one of the frontiers in mechanisms to study the spatial cam mechanisms by the theory of contemporary intinitesimal geometry. The research presented in this article introduces the profile determination of conical cam with a translating follower mechanism based on the theory of envelopes for 1 parameter family of surfaces. The analytical expression of cam profile is established once the follower motion program has been given. The result is a theoretic basis for further analysis and designing the spatial cam mechanisms with computer.
