摘要
育苗温度对黄瓜幼苗抗冷性有明显影响 :适当降低育苗温度 ,可以增加叶片中抗冷保护物质含量 ;低温处理过程中 ,SOD、POD活性升高 ,电解质渗漏率和MDA含量降低 ,冷害症状减轻。自然条件下和低温处理过程中生理生化指标的变化与低温下冷害指数的变化一致。幼苗承受低温锻炼的能力与锻炼前的抗冷能力密切相关 ,低温锻炼应逐步进行 ,先在昼温 2 5~ 30℃ ,夜温 13~ 15℃下育苗 ,积累抗冷保护物质 ,然后在昼温 15~ 2 5℃ ,夜温 5~ 6℃条件下锻炼 4~ 6d 。
The study of influence of nursery temperature on chilling resistance of cucumber seedling showed that nursery temperature had a great influence on chilling resistance of cucumber. With nursery temperature falling, chilling-resistance materials in cucumber seedling leaves increased and the chilling injury of cucumber seedling lightened, because of the increase in POD, SOD activity and decrease in electrolytic leakage and MDA content, of cucumber seedling under cold treatment. The potential that cucumber seedling accepted cold acclimation had intimate connection with chilling-tolerance of cucumber seedling before cold acclimation. Cold acclimation of cucumber seedling should carry out stage by stage :chilling resistance of cucumber seedling, nursed at 25~30℃/13~15℃ (day/night temperature) ,then acclimated for 4~6 days at 25~30℃/5~6℃, its chilling risestence would be significantly increased.
