摘要
研究了甜瓜属种间杂交新种 (Cucumis×hytivusChen&Kirkbride ,2n =38)及其后代幼苗对低温逆境的适应能力。结果表明 :可能由于亲本染色体组间的功能不协调 ,在低温处理下新种幼苗出现代谢异常 ,丙二醛 (MDA)、脯氨酸含量变化大 ,冷害指数达到 3 5 ,表现对低温的适应性相对较弱。但新种与黄瓜的回交自交后代却表现出较强的抗性 ,超出了参试黄瓜品种。经 4d变温处理后 ,其冷害指数仅为 1 0 ,MDA含量为 9 2 μmol·g-1,在所有供试材料中为最低。这表明通过回交和自交 ,杂种代谢系统已基本恢复正常 ,具有进一步研究和应用的价值。
The responses of seedlings of the new species Cucumis ×hytivus and its progenies from backcross with cucumber to chilling injury were investigated.The abnormal metabolism observed in C.hytivus as it subjected to low temperature treatment.Under chilling treatment,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and proline increased dramatically,and the chilling injury index was 3 5,the highest among the tested materials.The unharmonization between parental chromosomes is hypothesized to explain this phenomenon.Nevertheless,the progenies from back-crossing the new species to cucumber(C.sativus)showed much higher tolerant to chilling injury than the tested cucumbers.The cold injury index was 1 0,and the content of MDA was 9 2 μmol·g -1 for 4d treatment,the lowest among all tested materials.This indicated that the metabolism was recovered in the improved cucumber germplasm through back crossing and self pollination.
