实验性角膜损伤愈合过程中房水纤维连接蛋白的变化

摘要 用酶联免疫吸附试验方法对家兔角膜切伤愈合过程中,房水纤维连接蛋白水平的动态检测。发现在损伤后第1天,房水纤维连接蛋白即比损伤前高1倍以上。1周后又下降,在第9天时,约为损伤前水平的70%,随后又逐渐回升,3周后接近损伤前水平。 The dynamic Fibronectin levels in aqeous humor was measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) before and after penetrating cuts of rabbit corneal. Studies showed that Fibronectin levels in hqeous humor were more than twice as high on the first day after corneal injury than before injury and lasted for one week. Then it slowly declined afterwards. On the ninth day after corneal injury, the Fibronectin in aqeous humor were 70% of the levels before injury. Then the Fibronectin went up again in two weeks to approach normal levels before injury.
