摘要
部族矛盾、部族冲突既是影响当今非洲政治生活、经济发 展的重要因素，也是非洲各国政府或执政党必须面对的课题。而殖民主义的入侵，各国部族 政策的失误，持续的经济贫困化，国际社会的争夺，多党制、民主化浪潮的冲击等则是导致 部族冲突的主要原因。从部族冲突的后果看，不仅使经济困难的国家走向崩溃的深渊，而且 由于对经济资源的争夺，仍会给一些地区带来不稳定的因素。但总的趋势是，大体趋于缓和 ，局部依然动荡。
Tribal contradictions and conflicts are not only the import ant factors that affect the present African political lives and developments,but also the essential questions that all governments of the ruling parties in Afri ca have to face.In this article,I am going to analyze the cause of the tribal co nflicts systematically from the following five aspects:the bad results of coloni alisms`invasion,the faults of every state`s tribal policies,the sustained pauper ization of the economy,the rivalry of international societies,the impact of mult i-parties system and democratization`s tide.On the base of objectively appraisi ng the consequences of tribal conflicts,A prospect of the future development trend on it will be made.
