摘要
在模拟油田CO2 腐蚀环境下 ,用XRD、EDS和SEM研究了N80钢腐蚀产物膜的形成与发展情况。结果表明 ,在本试验条件下N80钢CO2 腐蚀产物膜对基体具有一定的保护作用 ,可以降低腐蚀速率。腐蚀产物膜分 3层 ,讨论了 3层膜的结构特征与形成机理。初步研究了腐蚀产物膜的破坏特征。腐蚀产物膜的晶体类型是(Fe,Ca)CO3
While simulating the environment of CO 2 corrosion in oilfield,XRD,EDS and SEM techniques were adopted to study the formation and development of CO 2 corrosion product film on N80 steel.The results demonstrated that the corrosion scales could protect matrix of N80 steel and then reduce the corrosion rate.There were three layers in CO 2 corrosion product film.Structural characteristics and formation mechanism of the film were discussed respectively.At the same time,breakage of FeCO 3 scale was studied.The CO 2 corrosion scale was (Fe,Ca)CO 3.
