摘要
【目的】 分析婴幼儿喂养困难的原因 ,探讨口腔功能对婴幼儿进食行为的影响以及相关的干预措施。 【方法】 分析儿保门诊中喂养困难的好发年龄及原因。 【结果】 6～ 2 4月的婴幼儿为喂养困难的好发年龄 ,其喂养困难的原因以口腔功能问题为主 (5 1.3 % )。 【结论】 造成婴幼儿喂养困难的口腔功能问题主要由家庭环境强化所致 ,儿童缺乏足够的学习机会去尝试不同质地的新食物。
By analysing the reasons of feeding difficulty in infants and toddlers,we discussed the effects of oral motor function on feeding behavior,and suggested the effective intervention. The predominant age and reasons of feeding difficulty in infants and toddlers were analysed. The infants and toddlers of 6 to 24 months were the predominant age of feeding difficulty,and the problems of oral motor function mainly attributed to the feeding difficulty. [Conclusions] The problems of oral motor function were reinforced by families,children lacked of enough opportunities to taste different kinds of new food.
