摘要
根据高速 (2 5 0 0 0r/min)自润滑含油轴承的特殊工况 ,进行了原材料的选择、配方设计、制造工艺及自润滑性能的研究 ,并进行了高速台架试验。研究结果表明 :研制的高速自润滑含油轴承 ,具有良好的抗热咬合性、优越的自润滑性能和足够的耐磨性 。
The selection of raw materials, formulation design, production process and self-lubrication properties of bearings were investigated with regard to the special operating mode of the oilless bearing at high speed (25000 rpm). A high-speed rig-test was carried out. The results show that the developed bearings which is made of FQSn-6-6-3 used as the matrix material have good anti-thermal-welding, excellent self-lubricity and enough wear resistance in sliding against GCr15 steel ring. The developed bearings have been applied in high-speed electric tools.
