摘要
提出了氧化锌矿火法处理的新工艺——铁浴熔融还原法 ,分析了其工艺原理 ,用该工艺试验研究制得的锌氧粉 w Zn O95 %～ 98% ,w Pb O1.6 %～ 2 .5 % ,锌挥发率 >93%。
This paper proposes a new pyrometallurgical process for treating zinc oxide ore iron bath smelting reduction process, and describes the experimental investigation of the process after analysis of its principle; the zinc oxide dust thus produced contains 95~98% ZnO, 1 6~2 5% PbO, and the zinc volatilization rate is higher than 93%.
