摘要
从考察环境问题与环境和资源管理之间的关系及其困境入手 ,立足于马克思主义哲学、自然辩证法和生态哲学的理论思维高度 ,深刻地分析了科学理论思维的整体构架及其基本功能 ,进而得出
The paper edamines the relationship between environmental problems and management of environment and resources,which is based on Marxism philosophy,dialectic of nature and ecology philosophy.The whole structure and basic functions of the scientific theoretical thinking are analyzed thorouphly. It is concluded that the scientific theoretical thinking is an essential guide to the thoroughly solving globular environmental problems and it is the responsibilities of all countries,international and social organizations and citizens in the global to solve globular environmental problems.
