摘要
目的 :探讨急性低压缺氧时一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)的变化及其相互关系。方法 :36只健康雄性SD大鼠 ,随机分为对照组、5 0 0 0m低压缺氧组、80 0 0m低压缺氧组。采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清中NO含量、放射免疫法测定ET含量。结果 :5 0 0 0m、80 0 0m急性低压缺氧组与对照组比较 ,血清NO含量显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血清ET含量显著升高 (P <0 .0 5或P <0 .0 1) ;5 0 0 0m组与 80 0 0m组比 ,NO、ET含量均无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :缺氧后机体发生病理改变与NO合成下降。
Objective: To observe the effect of acute hypobaric hypoxia on endothelin(ET) and nitric oxide (NO)in rats, and their correlation. Methods: Thirty six male SD rats were randomly divided into one control group and two hypoxia groups (5 000 m and 8 000 m,5 h). After seven days, the ET and NO contents of blood serum were measured. Results: The ET content in blood serum of the two hypoxia groups was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05, P<0.01);the NO content in blood serum of the two hypoxia groups was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);There were no significant difference in ET and NO content in blood serum between the 5 000 m group and the 8 000 m group(P>0.05). Conclusion: It is concluded that, in vivo, acute hypobaric hypoxia may lower the NO content, and increase the ET content.
