摘要
根据水库泄洪设施的特点和流域型水库群的系统结构 ,提出了一种通用型水库群洪水补偿调度模型 .该模型基于洪水补偿调度的思想 ,以保证防护控制点安全行洪、减小分洪损失为目标 ,通过调整水库群拦蓄与预泄水量的策略 ,实现了模型的近似求解算法 .实际生产应用表明 。
Based on the features of reservoir sluice facilities and the system structure of basin_type reservoir group, this article brings forward the universal flood control compensative dispatching model for reservoir group. The model is set up on the idea of flood compensative dispatching, and protecting the safety of flood control point or decrease the loss of diffluence as object function, through adjusting the policy of water storage and pre_discharge, approximate algorithm is realized. Its application to practice shows that it is practical and credible.
