摘要
分析了污秽泄漏电流与天气和污秽度之间的关系 ,在此基础上研制了一种泄漏电流传感器和非线性放大电路。文中详细介绍基于工控机的高速数据采集处理系统和模糊报警模型。实验结果表明文中数据采集系统能够适应泄漏电流在大范围内的变化 ,当绝缘子污秽过度时能够及时报警 ,从而减小了变电污闪的几率 。
In this paper, the relations between leakage current, different weather and pollution degree are analyzed, the leakage current sensor is studied and developed, high speed data acquisition and processing system and fuzzy alarm model based on industrial PC are described in detail Experimental results prove that the data acquisition and processing system is adaptive to leakage current variation in a wide range, and the whole system can accurately predict the degree of contamination on the insulator in time By this way, the probability of flashover in substation decreases, reliability of power supply system can be improved
