摘要
测定了不同基因型玉米叶片的主要荧光参数以及田间快速测试技术。结果表明 ,田间对不同基因型玉米的测定暗适应有 5min即可 ,部位以穗上 1叶的中部为宜。我国骨干自交系的Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0 有随年代推移而逐渐升高的趋势 ,生育后期表现更为明显 ;不同株型自交系间荧光参数值差异不显著 ;杂交种Fm、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0 有明显的超亲优势 ,乳熟期优势率为 - 1.2 %~ 12 .0 % ,并且自交系值高的组配的杂交种也高 ,为预测杂种优势 。
The main fluorescence parameters of different genotypes in maize was measured in field. The results showed that the optimum measuring part was the middle of the first leaf above the ear position, and the time for dark adaptation was 5 minutes only. As the new inbred lines released, there was a significant increasing tendency of Fm, Fv/Fm, Fv/F 0 from 70′s to 90′s, especially at late growth stage. There was no significant difference among plant types in inbred lines. Comparing with the value of parents, their hybrids had an obvious heterosis and the excess was -1.2% to 12.3%, and the higher parents resulted in the higher hybrid. It provided theoretical basis of forecasting heterosis and selecting for high conversion efficiency of solar energy.
