简要介绍了基于 Windows的华东电网中长期电力负荷预测数据库和负荷预测软件包的开发背景、应用环境、总体结构、数据库设计及预测结果等 ,同时指出了存在的问题。
The development backgrounds,applicable environment,overall structure,database design and result prdiction of'Power System Mid-long Term Load Forecasting Software Package and its Database'are described and the problems encountered in application of the software package are pointed out.
