摘要
人才培养规格是培养目标的具体化。本文在分析影响高职教育人才培养规格的主要因素和用人单位对高职教育人才培养规格的要求的基础上，从构建维度论出发，研究了构成高职教育人才培养规格的三要素：复合知识结构、综合能力结构、人格素质结构。
The personnel-developing standards of higher vocational education mainly solves the problem with personnel-developing quality,which makes developing objective concrete.The article an alyzes the ma -jor factors which affect the person nel-developing standards of higher vocational edu cation and the demand of employment units for the standard s and begins with constructing dimen sional theory to research the three elements of the standard s,namely compound knowledge structure,comprehensive ability structure and personality quality structure,which should be integrated to form a developing,organic and whole structure with interaction.
