摘要
现代公司经理行为的激励方式包括来自所有者的协议性激励、来自经理市场的声誉和职业升迁激励、经理自我激励等三个方面。我国国有企业现行激励机制存在着弊端,主要表现为三个方面:第一,货币报酬偏低、在职消费模糊;第二,声誉、职业升迁激励异化;第三,经理自我激励泛滥。因此,国有企业激励机制需要进行如下改革:1.激励机制的建立要与国有企业的目标定位、分类改革相结合;2.完善协议性激励机制;3.加快经理市场的建设。
The managerial incentive patterns include three major aspects, namely, contractual incentives from the owners, reputation and promotion incentives from the managerial markets and managerial selfincentives. Three drawbacks exist in the current incentive mechanism in stateowned entrprises: First, it offers managers a far low monetary reward and allows an ambiguous professional consumption; second, it harms unity and creates disharmony through alienated reputation and promotion incentives; third, managerial selfincentives have been practiced unchecked. The article puts forward several suggestions to reform the current incentive mechanism. First, the managerial mechanism should be combined with the definite goals and the various steps of reform of stateowned enterprises; second, the contractual incentives should be improved; third, the managerial market should be established rapidly.
