摘要
目的 :观察丹皮酚对小鼠淋巴细胞转化的影响。方法 :对小鼠进行灌胃给药 ,注射植物血凝素攻击 ,观察脾脏指数和胸腺指数及淋巴细胞转化率。结果 :丹皮酚 75 .4mg/ kg,37.7mg/ kg,18.9mg/ kg与对照组相比 ,脾脏指数分别增加 2 8.3% ,61.3% ,15 .1% ;胸腺指数分别增加 67.4% ,79.1% ,34 .9% ;淋巴细胞转化率分别增加 31.4% ,5 7.6% ,2 0 .9%。结论 :丹皮酚对小鼠免疫功能有增强作用 。
Objective: Observe the effect of Paeomy phenol on transformation of Lymph cells of mice Methods:Pour the medicine into the stomach of the mice,inject PHA-M,observe the index of the spleen and the thoratic gland and the rate of transformation of Lymph cells.Results:Raecmy phencl is 75 4mg/kg,37 7mg/kg,18.9mg/kg.Compared with the contrast group,the index of the spleen increases 28 3%,61 3%,15 1%respectively;the index of the thoratic gland increases 67 4%,79 1%,34 9% respectively and the rate of the transformation of Lymph cells increases 31 4%,57 6%,20 9% respectively.Conclusion:Paeomy phenol has the strengthening of the mice's immunity,and makes the indexes of the mice's spleen and thoratic gland and the rate of transformation of Lymph cells increase obviously.
