Focusing on the advantage of CME, the CEM covers resource of information, refreshing knowledge, labors fee, the quantity of personnel, distribution of time, two-way communication, fair competition, group study and individual study. The information collection, knowledge guidance and social education functionality are detailed upon the effort of long distance CEM education by information unit and library.
