应用 PIN- FET混合集成光电接收器 ,利用高分辨率的新型磁光调制器 ,结合使用超低噪声锁相放大和选频放大器 ,对微弱交流光电信号进行检测 ,获得消光角的重复性标准差不大于 0 .0 0 0
In this paper, we applied a PIN FET integrated photoelectric detector. A new photomagnetic modulator, super low noise phase lock amplifier and frequency modulation amplifier to test and measure slight photoelectric AC signal. The results show that standard error of light elimination angle is less than 0.0004 degree.
