摘要
建立了判断煤粉气流稳定着火的着火热模型及热平衡模型,并据此分析了卫燃带对煤粉气流燃烧稳定性的影响,结果表明:敷设合适面积的卫燃带能够减小煤粉火焰向水冷壁的辐射传热量,提高燃烧器附近区域内的烟气温度,在低负荷时能够保证入炉煤粉气流获取足够的着火热量,使煤粉火焰维持在稳定着火燃烧的热平衡状态。为进一步改善锅炉对煤种、负荷变化的适应性,提出了可调卫燃带的概念。
The models on ignition heat and heat balance for analyzing the combustion stability of P. C/air stream are established and hereby the effect of heat-insulating layer on combustion stability is discussed in detail. The results show that the heat-insulating layer can decrease radiation absorption from flame to water-cooled wall, increase the flame temperature near burners, provide enough heat resources for ignition and maintain P. C/air mixture at a stable heat balance state. For further improving the adaptability to coal rank and boiler load variation, the concept of movable heat-insulating layer is first proposed.
