乳头瘤病毒与皮肤恶性肿瘤及瘤样病变相关的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 人乳头瘤病毒是一种感染表皮和粘膜鳞状上皮的肿瘤病毒 ,可以引起被感染细胞的过度增殖及恶性转化。近年来的研究表明 ,许多上皮增生性病变甚至恶性肿瘤的发生与人乳头瘤病毒感染有关。就近年人乳头瘤病毒与皮肤恶性肿瘤及瘤样病变的相关性的研究进展进行综述 ,论述了高危型人乳头瘤病毒在肛门生殖器肿瘤发生发展过程中的重要作用 ,并进一步从多方面阐述了人乳头瘤病毒在恶性肿瘤中的作用机制。
