摘要
本文通过建立一个数学模型对高技术企业的创新决策问题进行具体分析 ,认为经济原因(利益 )是其创新激励的主要源泉 ,高技术企业可以通过选择只生产一种核心产品的所谓“集中生产战略”来提高自身的创新水平 ,从而保持长期的竞争优势。
Through establishing a mathematic model, this article has concretely analyzed the problem of innovative decision making of high tech enterprises. It is considered that the economic cause or profit is the main reource of innovative incentive. A high tech enterprise can enhance its innovative level by choosing a so called'focused production strategy'with which only a core product be produced in order to keep competitive advantages in a long run.
