摘要
静电喷雾技术为液体燃料雾化燃烧的节能降排提供了新方法。理论上分析了液滴荷电雾化的机理,研制了非极性燃料的充电装置和荷质比测量装置,对煤油的荷电喷雾特性进行了试验研究。首次采用PIV技术对荷电两相喷雾流场进行了测量。试验研究表明,煤油荷电喷雾可以明显改善雾化质量和喷雾流场的特性。
Electrostatic spray technology provides a new method to improve combustion efficiency and decrease emis-sions for liquid fuel's spray combustion. Electrostatic atomiza-tion principle of liquid particles is analyzed. A new kind of charging device of liquid fuel and a device of particle charge to mass ratio are developed. Experimental research on spray prop-erties of kerosene is carried on. The electrostatic spray field of kerosene is firstly investigated by PIV. Experimental results show that the kerosene's atomizing quality and the field prop-erties of spay can be improved and ameliorated by charging.
