摘要
活性稠油、稠油—固体粉末堵水技术是一种选择性高、对油层无伤害 ,技术、经济两方面效益都很高的油井堵水技术。由于活性稠油、稠油—固体粉末堵水存在一定的技术缺陷 ,而用于调剖则可完善这种技术缺陷 ,因此进行了活性稠油、稠油—固体粉末调剖的技术研究工作。介绍SG1—GD活性稠油调剖剂的乳化剂合成与对比、乳化剂加药浓度的确定、乳化性能评价、固体粉末的筛选 ,并在室内进行了乳化稠油的岩心封堵试验 ,确定了SG1—GD活性稠油调剖剂的工艺配方 ,认为SG1—GD活性稠油调剖剂具有稳定性好、堵水率高、耐冲刷能力强的优点。
Active viscous oil and viscous crude solid powder water shutoff technology is a kind of high selective,harmless to the reservoir,high economic and technical worth water shutoff technology.But the active viscous oil and viscous crude solid powder water shutoff has some technical defect.If the technology is used in profile control,it can make the defect perfect.So the technical research of active viscous oil and viscous crude solid powder profile control is done.The paper introduces the synthesis and correlation of emulsifier of SG1-GD active viscous oil profile agent,the decision of the agent-adding density of emulsifier,the evaluation of emulsified performance and the sieving of solid powder.And then casing plugging test of emulsified viscous crude is done.The formulation of SG1-GD active viscous oil profile control agent is determined.The SG1-GD active viscous oil profile control agent has the merits of high stability,high water shutoff rate and resisting washout.
