New Developments of Solid-state Fermentation in the Applied Aspects of Resource and Environment

摘要 发酵工程是生物技术的瓶颈 ,固态发酵作为发酵工程一个重要的部分 ,在资源环境应用研究方面取得了重要进展 ,主要表现在生物燃料、生物农药、生物转化、生物解毒及生物修复等领域 ,解决了能源危机、治理环境污染等问题。综述了近几年固态发酵技术在资源环境领域应用中一些重要的发展。 In last about ten years, solid-state fermentation (SSF),as an inalienable part of biotechnique that has been playing a significant part in the social development, has been changing drastically and made an unprecedented process in the applied aspects of resource and environment. SSF, which is an important tool of green production, has been appearing unparalleled potential advantages to resolve the crisis of energy and remedy the pollution of environment. The paper reviews previous and current developments of SSF in the applied aspects of resource and environment including utilization of agro-industrial residues, biofuel, biopesticide, biological detoxification, biotransformation and bioremediation etc.
