摘要
对 30 0TYYJ 四柱式液压机生产电缆母线槽的油路控制系统进行了分析与研究 ,并对油路控制系统进行了改进设计 ,解决了液压机高压保压时的压力下降问题 ,克服了活动平台停止后 ,向上移动引起的压力波动冲击问题。
The control system of hydraulic circuit were analyzed for 300 TYYJ four pillar type the machine of hydraulic pressure of producing the slot of main cable. The control system of hydraulic circuit is redesigned,the problem of pressure down was solved while keeping pressure,the problem of pressure down and up was overcome when movable terrace stopped. Supporting of theories and technology is provided for the design and improvement of same kind of hydraulic circuit system.
