This paper introduces the design and implementation of remote digital video monitoring system and the hardware equipment selection,discusses the modules function and implementation in detail,and real-time,reliability and practicability of the software are emphasized.It provides a real-time,universal and configurable video monitoring system for intelligence building. ;;;
