Based on applications request analysis of grass roots family planning service station, a family planning integrative management system was proposed. This system is on the basis of fingerprint identification and computer network technologies. This paper expounded the function and composition of the system and discussed the design and implement of fingerprint identification technology and system supervising software in especial.
