不同浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素对血管内皮细胞形态学影响 被引量:4

摘要 为了解不同浓度葡萄糖和胰岛素对血管内皮细胞形态学的影响 ,将人脐静脉内皮细胞株 ECV30 4在六种葡萄糖浓度(为 5 .0 mmol/ L、10 mmol/ L、2 0 mmol/ L、2 5 mmol/ L、30 mmol/ L和 35 mmol/ L )和四种胰岛素浓度 (为 0μU/ ml、2 0μU/ ml、30μU/ ml和40μUml)下培养 2 4小时、48小时、6天 ,免疫荧光及 HE染色观察其形态学变化。结果显示 ,内皮细胞凋亡数随葡萄糖浓度升高而明显增多 ,并出现巨大细胞及多核细胞 ;
