发电厂2×1000MW新建工程烟道布置方案优化 被引量:2

摘要 随着燃煤机组容量的不断增大,烟气量、烟气压力和烟道截面也相应增加,对发电厂布置的影响也越来越大,此外发电厂对节能降耗的要求提高,降低烟风道阻力、提高烟风流场均匀性的设计技术也逐步得到重视。以抚州发电厂2×1 000MW新建工程的烟道布置方案为例,从烟道结构型式、布置特点等进行合理的优化,使烟道达到高质量、低造价、低运行成本的目标。 As the coal-fired unit capacity increasing,the flue gas volume,pressure and gas duct section increase accordingly,which impact on the power plant layout,in addition,the higher requirements of energy saving and reduce consumption for power plant,it's pay more attention on the design technology of decreasing gas duct resistance and increasing flow field uniformity.For example,the layout scheme of flue gas duct for Fuzhou power plant new project(2× 000 MW),the project optimizes from the flue gas duct structure type,the flue gas duct layout,and reaches the target of high quality,low construction price and low operation cost.
